By keeping up to date on your immunizations, you give yourself the best chance to avoid preventable diseases. Our Certified Injection Pharmacists can deliver vital immunizations and injections to you and your family.

If you’re unsure if you’re due for a shot (such as a tetanus booster,) we’ll check your Manitoba Health immunization record to determine if the shot is necessary.

Apart from immunizations, other shots are available at the pharmacy. Save yourself a trip to the doctor’s office and get these injections done at the pharmacy:

  • Vitamin B12
  • Mood Stabilers (eg. Haldol LA or Risperdal Consta)

An example of the types of immunizations available include:

  • * Infuenza (the "flu shot")
  • * Pneunovax (the "pneumonia shot")
  • * Tetanus
  • * Diptheria (whooping cough)
  • * Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) - Gardasil
  • Zostavax (the "shingles shot")
  • Hepatitis A and/or Hepatitis B
  • Other travel vaccinations

*These immunizations do not require a doctor’s prescription and are covered at no charge to the patient by Manitoba Health.
